The winner will be selected randomly from all valid eligible entries received during the promotional period. The promotional period will remain open until all available participation spots are claimed, unless otherwise extended, modified, suspended, or cancelled in accordance with applicable law.

To participate without making a purchase, participants may request free entry instructions by emailing contact@wegotkickspr.com during the promotional period. The email must include the participant’s full name and a clear request for free participation instructions.

After receiving the official instructions, the participant must mail a legible handwritten entry on a card or paper approximately 3” x 5” inside a standard business-size envelope. The entry must include: full name, physical address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and a statement requesting free participation in the campaign.

Each valid free entry received during the promotional period will have the same chance of winning as an entry obtained through an eligible purchase. WeGotKicks PR is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond, fails to verify eligibility, or fails to claim the prize within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
